Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely political information and intelligence to our diverse portfolio of clients through live coverage, alerts, and reports.
- Attend and cover live events, parliamentary proceedings, speeches, and press conferences.
- Collaborate with senior team members to maintain consistent service levels and assist in training initiatives.
- Conduct research to support our clients’ strategic objectives.
- Contribute to the creation of comprehensive briefings and event coverage for key political milestones throughout the year.
- Assist in keeping our databases up-to-date with the latest movements across government and parliamentary bodies.
Your Profile:
- A strong understanding and interest in UK politics and the political process.
- Completed degree in political science or equivalent.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver accurate insights under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent time management abilities and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and growth.
- Desire to develop and deepen understanding of the industry.
- Ability to conduct desktop research thoroughly under time pressured conditions for delivery to clients
