We were delighted to welcome Henry Parker, Head of Public Affairs at Cellnex UK, for our exclusive online masterclass: ‘How to set up a public affairs function’ on Wednesday 9 July.
Henry brings 18 years of experience in technology, healthcare, and infrastructure public affairs across the UK, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, having worked at techUK, Gatwick Airport, BT, GSMA, and Logically AI. He has, so far, set up four different UK and global public affairs functions.

- Getting started: Real-life experiences of setting up a public affairs function, what good looks like and how to set realistic timelines.
- Internal engagement: Who to bring on board, how to build relationships with key internal stakeholders and how to demonstrate the value of public affairs within your organisation.
- Measuring success: How to define success, which metrics matter and how to effectively evaluate the impact of your work.
Henry also answered a number of questions from the live viewers.
